Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS· Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Advanced practice nurse degree from an accredited university – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred.· Holds a valid practitioner license in state practicing in accordance with the regulations of the state of Pennsylvania.· State controlled substance license or in the process of obtaining it.· DEA Certificate or in the process of obtaining it, as applicable.· Holds a collaborative agreement or attestation with physician in accordance with the regulations of Pennsylvania.· Must be able to become credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as necessary.EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE· Masters Degree.HOURS OF WORKFull Time ( including weekends as needed)LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
