- Handling high-visibility customer interactions, including escalated calls or issues from executives, legal teams, media, and regulatory bodies.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Process contractor invoices, claims, and billing-related activities.
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Execute tasks related to ongoing migration projects impacting customers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
