Also, under general supervision provides customer service for Cash Management products and services. Performs back office processing functions in support of the products and services. Assist with implementation and training for on-line banking and other cash management products.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Assist in development and testing of UAT Test Scenarios, test cases and scripts.
- Documentation of UAT test scenarios and testing outcome
- Perform User Acceptance Testing of the Functional Requirements of various on line products and business processes.
- Escalates issues as needed to maintain deadlines and service levels.
- Ability to work with vendors and support teams.
- Provide training and support to internal and external clients for on line banking and other cash management products.
- Perform daily back office processing functions as assigned.
- Maintains proper documentation of services and processes performed as required.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Experience: 5 years in cash management service or relevant experience.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a test/development environment.
- Strong problem solving and Analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and test different applications.
- Self-motivated with time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong PC skills to include word processing, spreadsheets and some system knowledge.
- Effectual interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work as needed.
