QualificationsAbout the Role: Adult Intensive Services – Program Coordinator:At North Range Behavioral Health, we believe that no one should face behavioral health challenges alone. Our Adult Recovery Program empowers adults navigating serious mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders by supporting them in reclaiming control of their lives and setting meaningful goals. We take a recovery-oriented, person-centered approach that prioritizes dignity, collaboration, and hope.In this leadership role, you’ll support the Program Director in overseeing program operations, supervising clinical staff, and shaping strategic goals for service delivery. You may also lead specialized programming and provide direct therapeutic counseling and case management to clients across a range of needs. This is a meaningful opportunity to guide both clients and a team of dedicated professionals through impactful, life-changing work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Advance Clinical Program Goals
Collaborate with the Program Director to operationalize program strategies, enhance service delivery, and ensure alignment with client and community needs. * Provide Clinical LeadershipSupport a multidisciplinary team through recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance management—fostering clinical excellence and adherence to best practices. * Ensure Clinical Quality & ComplianceMonitor documentation, fidelity measures, billing practices, and regulatory standards to ensure quality care and program accountability. * Utilize Data to Inform PracticeAnalyze clinical and operational data to guide decision-making, improve outcomes, and respond to internal and external reporting requirements. * Support Integrated Care DeliveryCoordinate with internal departments and community partners to ensure client-centered, trauma-informed, and coordinated behavioral health services. * Maintain Community & Stakeholder EngagementRepresent the program in relevant forums, provide clinical insight, and strengthen partnerships that support service access and program visibility. * Deliver Direct Clinical ServicesProvide assessments, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services as needed within the scope of practice; support clinical documentation and service planning. * Foster a Healthy Work EnvironmentPromote a culture of respect, inclusion, and accountability; ensure concerns related to ethics or workplace conduct are addressed promptly and professionally. * Contribute to Program DevelopmentAssist with strategic planning, budgeting, and grant or contract reporting to support the sustainability and growth of clinically sound programming. * Engage in Clinical Outreach & EducationParticipate in training, consultation, and workforce development efforts, including social marketing or statewide initiatives, as assigned.Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Colorado clinical licensure in appropriate discipline (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Credentials, such as higher education and/or CAS or greater, may be substituted for experience.
Experience:
  • Experience in coordinating behavioral health intervention plans and services with other agencies.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to manage others or projects of program significance; Clinical supervision and/or management experience is preferred.
