Seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain high-speed production and packaging equipment. The role involves mechanical and electrical collaboration to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on high-speed production lines, including mechanical drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and conveyors.
  • Work alongside electrical personnel to identify and repair electrical faults in packaging and processing equipment (wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, motors, drives).
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks safely, cost-effectively, and on schedule.
  • Support food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Request design or fabrication of replacement parts or equipment when required.
  • Lead internal consultations to resolve equipment issues and implement improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of tools and parts.
Schedule details: Monday 7:00 PM–1:00 AM or 1:00 AM–7:00 AM; Tuesday off. Wednesday is a 12-hour shift. Subsequently, work either Thursday and Friday or Saturday and Sunday on 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Weekends are required on an alternating schedule that rotates weekly. Shift trades are permitted with equally trained teammates.Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week; double time is paid after 48 hours per week. The organization has not enacted layoffs and is seeking to add qualified team members.
