As a Customer Account Specialist with our team, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with internal and external customers daily to provide excellent customer service. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and supporting compliance in a fast-paced aerospace environment.What You Will DoServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customers—providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns with professionalism.Manage repair orders from induction through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Global Trade regulations.Execute contract requirements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.Process and adjudicate warranty claims in a fair and timely manner.Partner with internal operations and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and deliver effective solutions.Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction or on-time delivery.Support accounts receivable dispute resolution, working closely with Finance to drive closure.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related fieldQualifications We PreferWorking experience in contracts, customer account management, or warranty administration, ideally in an aerospace, defense, or similar environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.What We OfferSome of our competitive benefits package includes:

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
