OverviewThe Index Facility Manager will serve as a strategic leader responsible for deploying capacity and layering complex property & casualty accounts. This role requires strong leadership, technical underwriting expertise, and the ability to build relationships quickly with brokers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage a small team initially (1–2 people) with plans to grow to 6–10 team members.
How you'll make an impact
  • Lead deployment strategy for layered and shared casualty accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Make critical decisions on whether and how to deploy capacity on incoming accounts.
  • Manage high-volume deal flow with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RPS brokers, branch management, IT, GCOE, Finance, and Data & Analytics.
  • Supervise and mentor team members with potential for future leadership expansion.
About You
  • Technical expertise in layered and shared wholesale E&S property deals.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team through clear communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Cross functional collaboration is crucial
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with AIM/Image Right systems.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience quoting layered and quota-share placements in wholesale E&S
  • CPCU designation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or supervisory guidance.
