- Lead and manage client engagements as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Develop and present innovative landscape design concepts and proposals aligned with client visions and project scopes.
- Generate and qualify leads provided by the company, including requested leads and general marketing inquiries.
- Create accurate proposals and pricing models to meet project requirements while maintaining gross profit margins.
- Drive sales to achieve annual revenue targets and leveraging a consultative sales approach to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept through completion, monitoring budgets and timelines.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of architectural principles, design trends, and sustainable practices to provide value-driven solutions.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, maintaining a level-headed and articulate communication style.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential design-build sales or similar roles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a design sales capacity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and high-end landscape concepts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional, client-focused demeanor.
- Ability to lead client meetings, manage complex proposals, and maintain a consultative sales approach.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze project financials, maintain profitability, and deliver accurate proposals.
- Level-headed, articulate, and collaborative personality, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Base salary + Commission
