  • Post secondary education preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading Kaizen and 5s implementations
  • Previous responsibility for identifying and maintaining Key Performance Indicators
  • Familiarity with adhering and maintaining quality systems (TS experience preferred)
  • Production Supervisor will be required to utilize Microsoft office products as well as other Strattec-specific software programs
