  • Minimum 5–10 years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Solid track record estimating diverse commercial projects (such as schools, churches, and hospitality).
  • Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage preconstruction processes and support the growth of our estimating team.
  • Someone who is good with clients, and can handle leading meetings & be a main contact
  • Experience handling take-off's, pricing, heading up full blown estimating responsibilities
  • Managing bid processes and preconstruction schedules across multiple projects
