
1099 Virtual Mental Health Therapist (Licensed in Colorado)

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' presenting concerns for both our short-term and long-term therapy services to develop targeted treatment plans, and, as indicated, facilitate referrals to higher-level of care or community resources when clinically appropriate.
- Follow clinical protocols at all times.
- Support client safety by assessing and managing risks related to self-harm or harm to others.
- Assess, diagnose, and generate treatment plans to deliver mental health treatment.
- Activate appropriate referrals to other care teams or community resources.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all client interactions within the First Stop Health system.
- Stay current with industry trends by reviewing developments in telehealth counseling, evidence-based treatment modalities, and emerging interventions.
- A Master's Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)
- Active independent licensure in the state of Colorado. Licensure in 2+ states highly desired!
- Interest and ability to provide both short-term and long-term therapy
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with a focus on customer service
