- Analyzing and documenting current merchandising and product feed workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Leading ideation, requirement gathering, and the launch of digital products that enable customers to have a frictionless, engaging, and mobile optimized digital customer experience
- Facilitating sprint planning through the delivery cycles
- Writing epics & user stories, concise and detailed business cases, detailed feature specifications, and thorough acceptance criteria
- Conducting UAT and working closely with development teams to address feedback and bugs
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Site Experience, Creative, Marketing, and Technology teams to gather, review, and prioritize requirements
- Partnering with delivery teams to manage the discovery, build, and launch phases of the product development lifecycle
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of process improvements, provide training and documentation as needed
- Conducting user research and competitive benchmarking to better understand and optimize the customer journey
- Defining, monitoring, and assessing product initiatives through clear KPI’s independently own KPI reporting and metric analysis to make recommendations or adjust roadmap based on trends
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience required; eCommerce experience preferred
- Comfortable with agile development and methodologies, process mapping, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar systems; Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools or similar PIM/PLM experience is a plus
- Fluent in Google Analytics (or similar Analytics system)
- Exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills to work cross-functionally, and manage deadlines for multiple deliverables, with a bias towards MVP delivery
- Excellent communication skills—able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong ability to influence without authority and drive change across teams
- Analytical and proactive, with a knack for breaking down complex problems and navigating ambiguity
- Collaborating with offshore development teams is a plus
