Required Skills
  • HVAC Systems Knowledge: A deep understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including their components, operation, and maintenance.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Proficiency in electrical wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC systems.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills for working with various tools, equipment, and system components.
  • Plumbing Knowledge: Basic plumbing skills for tasks like pipe fitting and leak detection.
  • Refrigeration Knowledge: Understanding of refrigeration systems, including refrigerant handling and charging.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Ability to accurately identify and diagnose system malfunctions.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Effective problem-solving techniques to pinpoint and resolve issues.
  • Repair and Installation Skills: Proficiency in repairing and installing HVAC components and systems.
  • Code Compliance: Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
  • Must possess current driver’s license and maintain satisfactory driving record
Pay Scale:Starting at $44.00 an hour.This Position Reports To:Service Manager
