Duration: Ongoing contractDuties:Design, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions to support compliance and risk management functions.Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB.Collaborate with Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.Provide estimates for design, development, testing, and implementation phases of projects.Complete technical and implementation design documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with standards.Perform code reviews and provide mentoring to engineers within the scrum team.Support production configurations, conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and ensure alignment with broader testing strategies.Escalate issues, provide feedback, and recommend changes to improve implementation and performance.Contribute to technical roadmap and architectural direction, including evaluating tools and recommending solutions to meet evolving business needs.Participate in agile scrum teams using SAFe practices and tools, including Rally.Skills:3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM solutions/components.Strong expertise in ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB.Proficiency in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS.Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.Knowledge of GRC/IRM industry trends and conceptual architecture.5+ years Agile framework experience, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Preferred: Working knowledge of GCP, experience building/executing JS utilities, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, experience in systems analysis/programming, and knowledge of Machine Learning or Generative AI (a plus).Experience:8+ years of overall development experience.Education:BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:
