Automotive Sales Associate at our DODGE location in Bath, PACompensation Range: $50,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate developing relationships to build clientele for life.
  • Continuous training in selling skills and product presentation.
  • Exhibit robust selling skills; Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales skills to become the vehicle authority. Product and Manufacturer knowledge, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Qualifications:
  • Previous vehicles Sales experience a plus; not required, we will train the right person.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Ready to learn product and eager to grow with the company.
  • Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Clean background, driving record and valid drivers and sales licenses.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work space, professional appearance and uphold Brown-Daub standards at all times.
