· Build and enhance scalable APIs and high-traffic web solutions using .NET Core and C#.
· Work closely with product owners, architects, and technical leads to gather requirements and translate them into secure, reliable applications.
· Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational standards around security, compliance, and performance.
· Participate in peer reviews, mentor developers, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
· Analyze cross-functional business needs and provide technical direction that aligns with long-term platform goals.
· Translate technical and business requirements into efficient, well-tested, and maintainable applications.
· Contribute immediately to team deliverables with a proactive and collaborative approach.Required Skills:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience developing APIs with C# and .NET Core.
· Deep understanding of backend service development, async programming, and memory optimization.
· Strong grasp of object-oriented principles, patterns, and service-oriented architecture.
· Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with WCF or SOAP is a plus.
· 4+ years of SQL experience, including database design and optimization.
· Exposure to logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics) and data formats like JSON/XML.
· Proficiency in resolving vulnerabilities, improving performance, and applying security best practices.
· Skilled with Git-based repositories and CI/CD pipelines; background with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes preferred.
· Effective communicator with ability to work across business and technology groups.
· Solid knowledge of release, build, and configuration management.
