- Support the client journey from initial contact to closing.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing, construction, design, and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and accurate documentation.
- Maintain market intelligence and adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the organization at local events and build relationships.
- Address and resolve buyer concerns.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in new home sales or a related field.
- Current California Real Estate License preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
