Primary responsibility for the incumbent will be to support thedevelopmental activities currently on going in the laboratory as assigned.📍 Location: San Carlos, United States

💼 Role: Lab Associate, Analytical Development
Pay Scale: $58, 000 - $73, 000 annuallyWhat You'll Do:
∙Maintain an organized and efficient laboratory workspace for the team; oversee the
organization of chemical inventory, ensuring proper labelling, storage, and compliance
with safety regulations.
∙Assist in the organization and labelling of materials stored in freezers and refrigerators,
ensuring easy access, proper storage and handling of samples and materials.
∙Support daily lab operations, including sample inventory and sample shipment.
∙Assist in the collection, labelling, and preparation of samples for analysis.
∙Prepare reagents and solutions according to established protocols.
∙Maintain an accurate inventory of chemicals and reagents, tracking usage and expiration
dates; coordinate the ordering and restocking of laboratory supplies as needed.
∙Perform routine analytical testing by following established protocols, ensuring accurate
execution of tests and documentation.What We're Looking For:
∙BS in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry preferred; degrees in Organic or Biochemistry
will be considered.
∙0-2 years of relevant industry experience is a plus.
∙Prior experience in a laboratory setting is advantageous.
∙Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
∙Basic knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
∙Proficient in using laboratory equipment and technology.
∙Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∙Ability to work under supervision and independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional
environment.
