The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for performing full-cycle Corporate Recruiting activities while emphasizing a positive candidate experience. This includes sourcing, screening, selecting and placing qualified candidates (both internal and external) in a timely manner to meet the staffing needs of the organization while ensuring compliance with EEO and ADA guidelines as well as Company policies and other legal requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Full cycle corporate recruitment.
Actively source and review candidates to identify and select quality candidates for screening.
Use effective phone screening processes to accurately assess the skills and qualifications of candidates.
Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring managers and act as a liaison between the candidates and the business.
Manage the offer process, making recommendations on salary offerings, compiling offer letters, and presenting and negotiating offers with candidates.
Own the pre-employment onboarding process including background and credit check, pre hire paperwork, and confirming the first day details to ensure a smooth start for the Team Member.
Develop and manage working relationships with Hiring Managers through consultation and appropriate communication.
Build credibility and rapport with Hiring Managers by understanding and researching market trends and data for each specific position as it pertains to the department or location.
Act as a subject matter expert on Workday Processes and Procedures as they relate to Recruiting.
Partner with key business leaders, candidates, and the Talent Team in the development of staffing strategies for current and future corporate staffing needs.
Actively participate in regular meetings to review recruiting strategies, challenges, and initiatives.
Create and Manage job descriptions for assigned requisitions.
Act as point of contact for Vendor Relationships, Job Posting Sites, Staffing Agency Contracts, etc.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline is preferred.
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience is required.
1+ years of IT or technical recruiting experience is preferred.
