Consumer Loan Servicing Representatives remove roadblocks and complete operational tasks that allow Commerce to meet the customer’s lending needs. Operational tasks performed by Consumer Loan Servicing Representatives include loan document preparation, loan processing, booking, and research. If you are a detail-oriented person with the ability to work quickly and accurately, this is the team for you!About This JobThe main purpose of this job is to provide support to a variety of specialty lending products.Essential FunctionsMonitor all required collateral documentation for Private BankingCreate, execute and analyze reports used for tracking and reporting in Booking, Collateral and Paid Loan departmentsContinuously research and keep a pulse on best practices and share ideas with leadershipAssist manager with systems testingLead medium to large projectsEnsure procedure documents are kept up-to-date and accurate as well as manage the Disaster Recovery plansPartner with management to design and implement new initiativesMentor team membersPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of the consumer loan servicing line of business and systems, including best practicesAbility to fully understand the Commerce Bank Reconciliation PolicyBasic administrative skills for all Finance systems.
