- Maximize sales with existing customers by incorporating the company's programs and applying individual knowledge and experience in both retail and wholesale to increase sales and gross profit for customer base.
- Establish and follow an escalation process to ensure the customer and the company's partners are aware of all inventory issues that have potential impact on the business, and identify and implement process improvements to eliminate or minimize inventory issues that might negatively impact the business; track and report weekly results in the following areas: Leftover Ad Inventory, Dead/Excess Inventory, Unauthorized/Reserve Inventory Management, Discontinued, Slow Moving and Close Coded Items.
- Build working relationship with the company's regional staff and customer base; understand the obstacles and challenges from both sides in order to resolve issue and find solutions.
- Resolve issues relating to billing, weekly statements, credits, and returns; utilize knowledge and the resources to provide solutions to customer financial questions.
- Coordinate and participate in scheduling and delivery issues; work with Transportation to establish and adjust schedules, particularly for seasonal and holiday changes and special requests; work with Transportation and Warehouse on the following: missed deliveries, miss-picks, shortages, overages, miss-slotted products, and missing deliveries.
- Assist retailer with ad layout, special advertising, and special events; develop and coordinate best practices for the retailer by working with merchandising, demand planning, warehouse, and transportation departments.
- Coordinate with demand planning and merchandising to assist with store re-sets; troubleshoot special buy programs, such as shipper program, holiday candy, seasonal events, and holiday items.
- Work with order processing, retail technology services, and CSOR to adjust orders, troubleshoot order transmission and invoice accuracy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point; Knowledge of the food retail business
- Strong analytical skills; Effective communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills and act as a team player
- Able to be influential, negotiate, and establish positive working relationships across the organization and with all levels of management
- Able to work outside normal business hours and occasional weekend hours, when necessary
- 0-2: years of Grocery Wholesale or Grocery Retail experience preferred; Customer Service experience preferred; Retail Sales or Account Management experience a plus
