10-4 Logistics USA seeks qualified CDL-A truck drivers to support regional over‑the‑road (OTR) operations in the East Region. This role is for a CDL-A truck driver who will operate dry van, no‑touch freight with a high percentage of drop‑and‑hook loads while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.Compensation & schedule: Training pay: $650 during a four‑week in‑truck training period with a trainer. Base pay after training: $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience‑based). Performance bonus: $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly. Typical home time: Biweekly. Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 (USD), dependent on miles and performance.Equipment & benefits: Equipment: Late‑model, automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped. Benefits: Eligibility after 30 days for life, dental, vision, and health insurance options, plus 401(k).Primary responsibilities (as a CDL-A truck driver):
  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Execute assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions for dry van, no‑touch freight with frequent drop‑and‑hook operations.
  • Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; promptly report defects and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and electronic logs (ELD).
  • Ensure proper cargo handling and securement where applicable; follow drop‑and‑hook procedures.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Adhere to fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety protocols.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A).
  • Minimum 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months; prior OTR experience is not required.
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
