About This RoleRGP seeking a highly capable and proactive Controller to lead our client's accounting operations and drive continuous improvement across financial processes. This role is both tactical and strategic leader who can ensure the integrity of financial reporting while also identifying and implementing process enhancements.What You Will Work OnAccounting Oversight:
  • Manage all aspects of the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
Process Improvement & Automation:
  • Help provide perspective and input on what processes can be off-shored
  • Assess current accounting workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Implement tools and systems to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes and controls.
Change Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Support the CEO in driving strategic financial transformation.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and experience with financial systems.
  • Proven success in process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience navigating change and driving adoption of new processes.
What You Can Expect

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Pay Range: $95-100hr.
