- Who Are We Looking For: Students who have completed at least their sophomore year of college. We select schools based on an assessment of their ranking, curriculum, location, and likelihood that its students will relocate to a ProSidian Consulting location. Although ProSidian makes ongoing commitments to recruit interns and new grads from these schools, we welcome candidates from other schools as well.
- Visas: ProSidian Consulting requires all applicants to be eligible to work within the U.S. on a continuing basis and will not sponsor visas for internship roles. As our internship program is designed to identify candidates for employment after their graduation, we also do not consider candidates for internship positions who eventually would require sponsorship of a work visa to continue to work in the U.S.
- Your Resume: Take the time to create a good resume. In addition to highlighting the obvious things like work and school experience, we look for evidence of teamwork, leadership, communication skills and hands-on aptitude and experience. If selected for an interview, be prepared to share relevant examples of your personal qualities and professional qualifications.
- Email Communications: Our recruiters often use email to communicate with applicants. To ensure that you receive our emails, please add careers @ ProSidian.com to your address book.
- Interview Questions: Initial questions asked are listed on our careers site when you submit your application. ProSidian’s Glass Slipper Questions are used to get to know you personally. If you are selected for interviews with ProSidian Consulting be prepared to be asked technical questions as well as behavioral questions throughout your interview process. Many factors make for a good fit with ProSidian Consulting. One of those factors is a high level of writing and technical skill as well as aptitude in order to prepare you for the varying challenges of the work you will be doing at ProSidian Consulting.
- Compensation: Internships for students at ProSidian Consulting are not always paid internships that typically take place over the summer. ProSidian Consulting hires interns on both a volunteer and paid internship basis; be sure to inquire on the Compensation associated with the internship for which you have applied.
- Drug-Free Workplace: ProSidian Consulting is committed to a drug-free workplace. All employment “May” be contingent upon successful completion of drug and background screening. EEO/AA Employer.
