• Healthcare Setting: Hospital – Inpatient Rehab, Neuro, Women's Health, Vestibular, Pelvic Rehab
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
• Start Date: September 22, 2025
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2030–$2190

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• Inpatient Rehab or Neuro experience strongly preferred
• Experience in women's health, vestibular, or pelvic rehab a plus

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician direction and patient needs
• Provide clinical physical therapy services and delegate tasks as appropriate
• Design and implement functional treatment programs to support patient recovery and return to community activities
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on therapy plans and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to address barriers to discharge and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and advocacy for physical therapy best practices
• Promote patient and staff safety by adhering to hospital safety protocols and procedures
