
Corporate Development Analyst

- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Work cross-functionally to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform hiring targets;
- Schedule and manage logistics for executive talent acquisition including interviews, evaluations, employment agreements and offer details, and interactions with external recruiting agencies;
- Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions and talent acquisitions, including sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, performing financial analysis, and coordinating aspects of the end-to-end deal process, from initial due diligence to closing and post-transaction integration;
- Assist with post-acquisition integration and performance management/monitoring.
- Investor Relations:
- Organize and manage logistics for investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and presentations;
- Distribute quarterly earnings reports, press releases, and other financial communications;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, analyst reports, and industry trade press.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support investor and Board communications;
- Analyze economic and financial data using self-developed financial modeling and standard software;
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or accounting;
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate development, private equity, venture capital or investment banking;
- Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities and high level of proficiency in Excel;
- Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to convey key messaging to the management team and other senior audiences;
- Effective oral communication skills with ability to manage outside agencies professionally and coordinate complex logistics with executive-level candidates;
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, manage time, and prioritize tasks;
- Demonstrated high level of initiative, creative problem solving and leadership;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities;
- Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
