From interactive installations to product launches and community events, you’ll help make every moment count — ensuring everything runs smoothly from prep to teardown.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and coordination of brand activations, events, and experiential campaignsSupport logistics and event operations including setup, teardown, vendor management, and schedulingCommunicate with clients and internal teams to align on goals, messaging, and audience engagementProvide on-site support for registration, guest services, crowd control, and issue resolutionPrepare event materials: signage, branded merchandise, promotional giveaways, and tech setupCollaborate with creative, production, marketing, and client service teamsParticipate in post-event debriefs, feedback collection, and performance reporting✅ Qualifications & SkillsWe’re looking for someone who’s organized, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
