Job Description:OverviewAccountable for preventative maintenance of all Hotel facility, property, and equipment to include casino and restaurants.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for general maintenance of all Hotel facilities and the property itself. Perform maintenance with guidance from supervisor.
  • Responsible for maintaining, repairing, all aspects of the Hotel operation.
  • Basic Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. Perform routine maintenance on the systems with instruction from supervisory personnel.
  • Ability to perform basic Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the Hotel with guidance from supervisory personnel.
  • Follow outline of preventative maintenance as scheduled.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, a certification in a trade
  • One to two years’ experience in facilities maintenance or a combination of education/experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Pay RangeUSD $15.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
