Responsibilities
- Responsible for general maintenance of all Hotel facilities and the property itself. Perform maintenance with guidance from supervisor.
- Responsible for maintaining, repairing, all aspects of the Hotel operation.
- Basic Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. Perform routine maintenance on the systems with instruction from supervisory personnel.
- Ability to perform basic Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the Hotel with guidance from supervisory personnel.
- Follow outline of preventative maintenance as scheduled.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, a certification in a trade
- One to two years’ experience in facilities maintenance or a combination of education/experience.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
