This partnership has allowed us to expand into a nationally recognized occupational healthcare provider.We are looking for an experienced Medical Technician/Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at our Deer Park, TX site for a full-time position. This position travels both locally and across the country providing service for our clients.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to effectively present information, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to use computer and telephone.
Knowledge of current diagnostic tests, their functions, and normal results.
Has consistently demonstrated service-oriented performance.
Must adhere to the service expectations of CORE, LLC.
DUTIES:
Adheres to all CORE, LLC policies and procedures.
Adheres to departmental Quality Assurance procedures.
Performs temperature checks
Performs COVID nasal swab tests
Process CDC questionnaires
Obtains basic history, and medical information, and take vital signs
Administers intramuscular injections under authorization and supervision of physician in accordance with State of Louisiana law and prevailing CORE, LLC agreements and protocols.
Performs collection of vital signs, Performs visual acuity and color testing.
Performs urine specimen collection following DOT regulations and/or chain of custody requirements.
Performs safe venipuncture
Performs urine dipstick testing.
Performs 12 lead EKGs.
Performs audiometric screening,
Performs other duties as required
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Current National Phlebotomy Certification (strongly preferred)
Current CPR/BLS Certification (preferred)
Pass DISA Background Check
Pass DISA Drug and Alcohol Screening
TWIC Card (preferred)
Basic Orientation Plus from Alliance Safety Council (preferred)
Class D/Chauffer's Drivers License (strongly preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)
Must have available transportation with up to date insurance coverage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employees
