- Sales leadership to identify and qualify project opportunities, develop and implement project pursuit strategies that drive pipeline growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and order targets.
- Achieve assigned targets for project pipeline development and incoming orders related to identified capital projects by driving the qualification process and establishing a well-aligned project pursuit pipeline and cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with customers to uncover opportunities for value-added project services and Main Instrument Vendor (MIV) solutions, enhancing project scope and delivering greater value.
- Lead efforts to develop and deliver tailored project solutions and services that address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of the necessary Endress+Hauser team members.
- Oversee project development and execution through Salesforce, leveraging the Standard 201 process (Endress+Hauser Project Acquisition and Execution Process) to ensure successful outcomes.
- Leverage customer insights to identify and initiate solution opportunities, ensuring seamless transitions to the appropriate teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide indirect guidance to project engineers and proposal teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of complete technical and commercial packages to customers.
- Participate in commercial discussions to support alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with key stakeholders and project teams with our channel partners and customers, including engineering, operations, procurement, and service departments.
- Bachelor's degree in science, preferably in Engineering, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant project acquisition experience in the field.
- 5+ years' experience in sales.
- Must have experience in project pursuit, including identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and driving successful project acquisitions.
- Travel required: up to 50%.
- Clear understanding of capital projects ecosystem; corporate and plant engineering, EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators, and process licensor customer types
- Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative.
