Maintain corporate governance documents, corporate filings and assist with permitting and licensing
Support Credit Department in all aspects relating to collections including drafting demand letters, performing asset research, and compiling internal information
Organize corporate litigation docket, monitor critical items and deadlines, assist in responding to discovery requests and correspond with outside counsel

Type: Contract to HireTo be a champion in this role, you will need:
Paralegal Certificate from program recognized by the American Bar Association
Experience in transactional practice (corporate documents, corporate filings, and M&A due diligence) required
Additional experience with litigation is a plus
Strong organization and critical thinking skills
