We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Philadelphia team and play a key role in delivering individualized, meaningful ABA services to children with autism.What You'll DoAs a BCBA at Flywheel, you'll bring compassion, clinical expertise, and leadership to every client interaction. Your responsibilities will include:Leading client assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needsDelivering direct clinical supervision and parent trainingSupporting RBTs and supervisees to deliver high-quality careCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, comprehensive servicesParticipating in ongoing training and professional development eventsMaintaining ethical standards and documentation requirements in alignment with Flywheel policies and insurance regulationsReporting to and receiving support from the Regional Clinical DirectorSupporting fieldwork supervision for BCBA candidates, when neededWho You AreWe're seeking a BCBA who brings heart, flexibility, and a strong clinical foundation.
