About the RoleTotal Wine & More is seeking a Senior Associate Digital Content Producer supports the execution of digital content across TotalWine.com and the mobile app. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned content deployment in support of store openings, promotions and new feature rollouts. As a foundational member of the Digital Operations team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, Product and UX to deliver seamless and engaging customer experiences. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Operations.You will
  • Build and publish digital content across web and app platforms using enterprise CMS tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the execution of content for monthly releases, seasonal campaigns, store openings, and promotions.
  • Track and manage content deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are escalated as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of personalization and localization strategies across markets and customer segments.
  • Contribute to testing and troubleshooting efforts to ensure a seamless digital experience for customers.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will come with
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in eCommerce or an omni-channel environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, WCAG ADA compliance, and SEO best practices is a plus.
