Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked. Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.Qualifications:Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.
