- Proven ability to identify, develop, communicate, and implement standards and procedures that support department objectives
- Demonstrated customer service support ethic and focus to deliver the highest, most consistent level of customer service to our customers

- Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)
- Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
- The Senior Manager position requires 8+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing technical and non-technical team members
- 5+ years of experience with API development, including individual contribution and leadership
- 2+ years experience with an API Marketplace and supporting API providers and consumers of APIs
- Must have experience leading direct reports including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and conducting performance and salary reviews.
- Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
- Knowledge of API concepts and strategies, such as domain modeling and taxonomy
- Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and strategy
- Knowledge of Publisher/Subscriber (Pub/Sub) concepts
- Experience with an ITSM solution, Service-Now or similar is preferred
- Experience leading teams through change preferred
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is preferred
- Experience partnering with third party vendors on contracts and statements of work
