Job Description:MGS has an exciting opportunity for an Toolroom Utility Support Technician to join our MGS Richfield Manufacturing team.The Toolroom Utility Support Technician is responsible for ensuring supplies, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained to enable the toolmakers to support the production floor in the most efficient manner possible.Below are additional duties and responsibilities:
Know and follow all of the Company's safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
Serve as a good role model to employees for safe work practices and behavior by conducting yourself professionally, keeping in mind your own safety and the safety of others.
General Shop Cleaning duties.
Organize and order shop supplies and create purchase orders as necessary.
Run tools through the ultrasonic tank for cleaning.
Cleaning and checking the ultrasonic tank weekly for chemical concentration.
Tooling storage and organization of tooling.
Movement of tools to and from presses for toolmakers.
Assistance with project management requests for tool shipment or tooling condition reports for customer assets.
Work on special projects for the toolroom as required.
Any other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
One to three months of related experience and/or training.
Lock out/Tag out and Forklift Training.
Ability to operate overhead cranes.
