The firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex, high-stakes business disputes.About the RoleYou will work closely with senior attorneys and partners on significant commercial litigation matters while gaining early trial exposure. The practice covers disputes involving contracts, real estate, construction, fraud, fiduciary duty, partnerships, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage, and select appellate issues. Associates are hands-on in strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial prep.Qualifications1–4 years of commercial/business litigation experienceLicensed and in good standing with the Texas BarStrong research, writing, and advocacy skillsTrial prep or courtroom exposure preferred; eagerness to develop trial skills essentialCollaborative mindset in a fast-paced, trial-driven teamMust work in-office in Houston, TXWhy This RoleA unique chance for a junior litigator to build a true trial practice early.
