The Marketplace Payments and Financial Services team is dedicated to developing and managing payment solutions that enhance the seller experience on our platform.   • Develop and implement payment monetization strategies and tools to support new and existing seller services.
  • Lead advancements in billing strategies and payment mechanisms, including innovative solutions for international segments.
  • Create and execute a detailed roadmap for billing solutions, optimizing the recovery process in collaboration with product, technology, and operations teams.
  • Partner with business teams to customize billing solutions, reduce payment costs, and minimize bad debt.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure appropriate agreements and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external partners.
  • Expertise in digital payments and Fintech, with hands-on experience in data analysis, data profiling, and data quality.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results to senior executives.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including proficiency in window functions and query optimization.
