- Strategic Leadership
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Mentor and lead a team of analysts or data specialists, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
- Analytics & Insights
- Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards and KPIs across digital channels (social, programmatic, display, email, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) analysis.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Oversee the collection, integration, and governance of marketing data from multiple platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms, etc.).
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving business impact through data.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution modeling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership role supporting digital marketing analytics, data management, or marketing performance reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Excel, and marketing automation platforms.
