This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in property management, property maintenance oversight, and leadership. The Assistant Property Manager will support day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, oversee property upkeep, and assist with administrative and financial management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing daily property operations across assigned portfolioSupport tenant relations, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns promptlyOversee maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors/contractorsAssist with lease administration, rent collection, and compliance with company policiesEnsure properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintainedProvide leadership support for staff and help with training/supervisionContribute to budget management, reporting, and property performance goalsQualificationsPrevious experience in property management requiredStrong knowledge of property maintenance coordination and processesLeadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues efficientlyProficiency with property management software (preferred, not required)What We OfferCompensation: $40,000 $55,000 per year (based on experience)Schedule: Monday Friday (full-time)Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO)Opportunity for growth with a respected property management companyHow to ApplyIf you have a proven track record in property management and are looking to take the next step in your career, wed love to hear from you!
