We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative for our client in Brook Park! The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Document all interactions in the customer management system accurately.
  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center, customer service, or related experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computer systems, CRM software, and data entry.
