Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesPerform the duties of a staff pharmacist under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Under direct supervision, maintain proper narcotic documentation and ensure proper distribution of narcotic medications.
  • Under direct supervision, ensure appropriate selection of dosing, administering and monitoring of medication.
  • Dispense medications accurately for delivery to patient care areas. May compound medications.
  • Assist pharmacists with maintaining and monitoring patient profiles.
  • Provide medication information and education to medical staff and patients.
RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Licensed Pharmacy Intern credentialed from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
  • High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
