We are seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor Monroe County, Wisconsin for a dairy manufacturing company that is highly regarded and in business for over 30 years. The Production Supervisor will oversee their team with the following responsibilities:Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
  • Collaborate with other night shift departments.
  • Ensure quality and food safety standards amongst the team
  • Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
  • Ensure safety of all employees
  • Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team
  • Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
The ideal candidate holds:
  • 3+ years of experience in a dairy manufacturing facility
  • Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity working with data management programs
  • Strong understanding of GMP’s and Food Safety
  • Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
