- Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, VoIP systems).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of communication systems.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to optimize media traffic and quality.
- Oversee client-facing support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Implement ITIL best practices and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Monitor user satisfaction and develop strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
- Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices including procurement, imaging, deployment, and patching.
- Standardize desktop environments and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Administer and support enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack).
- Drive adoption of collaboration tools and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead a team of engineers and support specialists, providing mentorship and performance management.
- Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance user productivity.
- BS degree in Computer Science, and/or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years' experience in telecom network design, installation, and maintenance.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively, including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Knowledge of common desktop communications protocols and applications including terminal emulation and host communication.
