- Serve as overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort under the NAVAIR FRCASE Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Oversee maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistics (MROL) services for Aviation Support Equipment (SE).
- Act as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities, including the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), on technical, programmatic, and logistical issues.
- Direct contractor execution of contract requirements, ensuring compliance with SE re-work standards, Government IT system compatibility, security protocols, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage operations across multiple FRCASE work locations (e.g., NRC Solomons, MD; MCAS Beaufort, SC; NAS Jacksonville, FL).
- Oversee acquisition, allocation, and employment of program/project resources, subcontractors, and Other Direct Costs (ODCs).
- Coordinate transition strategies, technical direction letters (TDLs), and weekly production, supply, and financial meetings.
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Active or obtainable Secret Clearance (must obtain/maintain within 45 days of contract award).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline relevant to aviation support equipment maintenance and logistics.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in program/project management within a defense or aviation support environment, with oversight of MROL or similar operations; and at least 5 consecutive years of supervisory management, leading multi-site teams in a performance-based contract setting, ensuring compliance with DoD and NAVAIR standards.
- Demonstrated leadership in multi-site operations and logistics management (e.g., Maximo, NALCOMIS).
- Familiarity with NAVAIR policies, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support, and SPOT/LOA processes for OCONUS travel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid passport and ability/willingness to travel OCONUS (e.g., Yokosuka, Sasebo) on Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments of 30-90 days.
- Compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR); potential eligibility for Danger Pay.
- PMP Certification.
- Prior US Navy Service.
- Experience working with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) operations.
- Working knowledge with Support Equipment Management System (SEMS).
