- Proactively sell and support the EHR integration of the CAM Platform across regions to meet health systems needs.
- In collaboration with the BDx integration team and sales leadership, develop, implement, and refine selling strategies independently.
- Provide actionable insights on new health system opportunities and integration enhancements.
- Engage with the existing integration base to facilitate incremental CAM adoption and expansion through the interface.
- Demonstrate competitive product differentiators to guide health systems in their integration selection process.
- Ensure CAM Platform adoption through tailored integration implementation plans to drive growth.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and contacts within Salesforce.com, ensuring all details are current and comprehensive.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Consultants and cross-functional teams to optimize integration customer satisfaction and drive overall business success.
- Will analyze and use a data driven strategy to sell integration in partnership with sales to underutilized health systems or greenfield accounts.
- Review, customize and create specs for the technical requirements based on the health systems workflow.
- Ability to guide a health system development team (interface engineers) from initial conversation to the kickoff phase.
- Will use a pipeline project plan that tracks and forecasts integration opportunities and associated revenue.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and language; experience in hospital environments is a plus
- Ability to participate in product requirements development and design input definition and decomposition.
- Knowledge of integration experience with EHR’s (Epic experience preferred)
- Knowledge of HL7 integration engine solutions (Redox, Mirth, Cloverleaf)
- Knowledge of HL7: V2.x, V3.0 and FHIR
- Understanding of the health system data environment
- Has a personable approach to dealing with health system stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a vague, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience developing and delivering management reporting packages and dashboards.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience or 4+ years of related experience in an inside or field sales role, particularly within healthcare or similar industries.
- Medical device or business to business sales is strongly preferred.
