A highly reputable design/build construction management firm based in Warwick, RI is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their team, offering the opportunity to work on major projects up to $50M across sectors like public, healthcare, academic, and historic renovations. The role includes supporting project efficiency, managing procurement and documentation processes, and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Assisting with day-to-day project activities
PE tasks when needed
Maximizing project efficiency and profitability
Performing duties as directed by Senior Management, Project Executive and/or Project Manager
Assisting and developing working relationships with team, owner, subcontractors, and vendors
Managing and coordinating submittal/procurement & RFI processes
Coordinating all Document controls and drawing markups, in accordance with the company SOP
Implementing and overseeing the field staffs tracking
Coordinating Procore reporting
Assisting and coordinating with project closeout
Other duties as assigne

3+ years of APM experience
Ideally has CM at Risk background
Project background in public work
Construction related degree
Proficient in: Excel, MS, Bluebeam, Procore
Commutable to Warwick & Providence RI
