Join our team of exceptional employees at Regal Rexnord Cleveland.Our people make all the difference in our success.We are currently hiring for Assembly Operator – Second ShiftAs an Assembly Operator at Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications.Essential Functions:
  • Build assemblies to print specifications to meet required due dates adhering to all ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
  • Receive and document receipt of component parts i.e., screw, stem cover, housing tube, actuator tube and boot to work cell.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Non-Essential Functions:
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:Education: High school diploma or GED.Experience: Entry Level Position.Specific Skills: Interpret and understand verbal and written directions. Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Read and interpret blue prints.Mechanically inclined with good math skills. Use basic measuring devices, including tape measure, micrometers and calipers. Operate power shop equipment. Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.Physical Demand and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
