Senior Technical RecruiterLocation: Rochester, NY (Hybrid – home office set up with company-provided laptop and phone)
Pay Rate: $45 – $55 per hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting with a strong emphasis on sourcing top technical talent. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and compensation specialists to deliver high-quality candidates for IT and Engineering positions, both cleared and non-cleared.This role requires strong sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to manage a high requisition load (20–35 reqs at a time) across multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer negotiation.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, with an emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and ensure timely, high-quality hires.Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.Prepare and present competitive salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists.Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and all legal regulations; coach and guide managers on best practices.Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to capture metrics and track recruiting progress.Provide an excellent candidate experience and represent the company brand professionally.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field with 6+ years of relevant recruiting experience; OR 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.Proven success managing full-cycle technical recruiting in IT and/or Engineering fields.Strong sourcing background with experience filling cleared and non-cleared engineering and technical roles.Ability to manage 20–35 requisitions simultaneously across multiple locations.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Excel, and Outlook.Strong negotiation skills to align offers with both candidates and hiring managers.Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Preferred QualificationsPrior agency recruiting experience, particularly with a focus on technical sourcing.Experience working in a multi-site, team-oriented, customer service environment.Demonstrated success in influencing, consulting, and negotiating at all levels of the organization.Work EnvironmentRemote home office setup with company-issued laptop and cell phone.Collaborative virtual team environment supporting Technical IT and Engineering hiring projects.#INDNA
