As the Industrial Coatings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of coating operations for our industrial projects.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all aspects of industrial coating projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of coating projects.- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols throughout all coating operations.- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to verify the integrity and performance of coatings.- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements related to coating projects.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience or training in construction management, with a focus on industrial coatings.- Strong knowledge of coating materials, techniques, and equipment.- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.- NACE or SSPC certification.- Experience with industrial coating projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, marine, or infrastructure sectors.Join our team at T BAILEY and be part of a company that values innovation, integrity, and excellence.
